Hello. Have they come out with a Viagra for women yet? I've seen so many different ads for libido enhancers for women, but I don't know who to believe. Anything you can offer would be really appreciated.

First off, most of those ads you see are scams. There is no drug that will just "turn a woman on" without other stimulations. In fact, there isn't even a drug that will do that for men.
Viagra simply increases blood flow to the penis, it's not an aphrodisiac. What makes it even a larger challenge for women is that they often require much more mental and emotional stimulation to become aroused and it may be a little while before they figure out how to put that in a pill.
