I have a gal at my workplace, we both are on same floor but different processes, we are completely strangers for each others except for the fact that we are on same floor, I like her and want to ask her out but I don't want rejection, I want her to accept, so I want to know how do I approach her n how do I ask her out without getting to hear no, so I need help regarding that
