I received a surprise glass butt plug in the mail and was happy to see a perfectly clear sex toy. It's simple, smooth, and actually pretty ... especially for a butt plug. My favorite visible feature of it is that when it is all the way in your ass, you can see what your inner anal region really looks like. And, yes, it is much prettier than you'd suspect. The clear plug shows the other side that is simply a mystery otherwise. Show your partner and look in the mirror. I bet you never thought you'd see that before!
For those who do not have much assplay experience or who have a fairly tight anal opening, the small butt plug is the best option. For those with a bit more experience, I haven't found a size between the small and medium that would loosen up your anal region without being too hard on it.
For those who aren't loosey-loos and can't just stick a plug into your ass without lots of stimulation, I recommend playing with your clitoris and vagina with a vibrator, dildo, and/or partner to warm up and loosen up that ass. If you're alone and new to anal play, then do what you normally do to masturbate. My favorite technique is my favorite vibrator on my clitoris, some good dildo stimulation, and a few orgasms before anal play. Then, I notice my butt is loose—a finger can easily go in and out. A small vibrating butt plug is nice to loosen up the anal area and feels great. Once it's loose enough, then use the cool butt plug to slide in and out comfortably. It's hands-down the most fresh feeling I've ever experienced. This butt plug is made of Pyrex, and so you can cool it off or warm it up before using it. For this, a bowl of warm or cold water works best. My favorite use of this toy is cooling it off before sticking it in because it feels so refreshing in an otherwise hot area.
I like to straddle a butt plug and this one stands up on its own, is hard enough that it doesn't bend, and it slides in and out easily with proper lubrication. For those who want to keep your area clean during anal playtime, place a towel under your plug, and use latex gloves to apply lubrication to the toy and your anal opening. Keep one glove on to situate the toy in your ass and pick it up if it accidentally falls. Anal play is fun if you're able to enjoy it without worrying about making a mess or being grossed out. So set it up how you like and simply relax and enjoy. Also know that a bit of gas is normal and of course it happens when you're stimulating the ass. If you have an accident where something else pokes out its ugly head, then you know it's time to go potty and it's just not the night for anal play, unless you feel cleaned out and into it later.
I feel confident in cleaning this toy with antibacterial handsoap because any anal bacteria and mess can be effectively scrubbed off; there aren't any lingering surprises that can sit on or absorb into properly-cleaned glass. I do not recommend using this toy for anal use and then going to the vagina or anywhere else before cleaning it since anal bacteria would definitely cause problems, which may cause a disease, unnecessary pain, and/or other issues.
This sex toy is not inexpensive. But given how good a cool butt plug feels in the ass and the fact that it'll probably never break, it's well worth a one-time cost. A butt plug to last a lifetime. Although it doesn't vibrate since it's made of one piece of Pyrex only, it does a fine job cooled or heated and slides easily with proper lubrication. For you anal lovers, this is a dream come true.
All in all, this toy gets 5/5 stars, the maximum points awardable.
