Bacterial vaginosis (noun) - Infection caused by overgrowth of bacteria that occur naturally within the vagina. Symptoms may include a watery, grey vaginal discharge with a 'fishy' odor.
Balanitis (noun) - Inflammation of the glans of the penis or clitoris, usually caused by an infection. Irritation may also occur.
balloon knot (noun) -
The anus.
bareback (adjective) - Having sex without a condom, used especially for anal sex.
Barebacking simply feels better, is more enjoyable, and is
more pleasurable, than protected anal intercourse.
Barrier contraception (noun) - Contraceptive methods that act as a physcial barrier to prevent the male sperm from coming into contact with the female ovum. Bartholin's gland (noun) - A gland located near the vaginal opening. During sexual arousal it produces secretions which provide some lubrication. Some have believed it responsible for reported cases of female ejaculation at orgasm but this is more likely to be the Skene glands.
BDSM (abbreviation) -
Short for "Bondage and Discipline, Sadism and Masochism." A
catch-all term for a broad array of sexual practices, especially involving
restraint and
inflicting pain.

Our society has had a love-hate relationship with bestiality. Sexual relationships between people and animals have been both a part of our cultural identity as well as a symbol of all that is wrong with our depraved society.
biphobia, (noun) biphobic - (adjective)
Fearful or disliking of BISEXUAL people.
I categorize this as biphobia because it constructs bisexuality
as transitional, a delusion, cowardice, or as untrustworthy, rather than a
legitimate sexuality. I categorize the last comment as biphobic because it
denies the distinctness and importance of my sexuality - it undermines the
position of bisexuals by generalizing it.
Bigamy (verb) - The practice of having more than one spouse. While illegal in some jurisdictions, it is traditional in others.
bisexual (noun, adjective) -
A person interested in sex with both men and women. Compare HOMOSEXUAL, someone
who has sexual interest in the same sex, and HETROSEXUAL, someone with sexual
interest in the opposite sex.
Blastocyst (noun) - A small sphere of cells that enters the uterus from the fallopian tube and develops a cavity within itself as it implants in the lining of the uterus. The inner cell mass of the blastocyst develops into the embryo, an early stage in human prenatal development.

can cause a swollen, painful feeling in the testicles.

Oral sex performed on a man; FELLATIO.

Blue Movie (noun) - A pornographic film or video. The term is derived from the blue pencil originally used to censor material considered unsuitable for general viewing.

Bondage (verb) - A sexual practice in which pleasure is gained by one partner being physically restrained by being tied up or bound. It can be a way of defining active and passive sexual roles and is also sometimes part of dominant or sadomasochistic sexual practices.

1. The submissive person in BDSM activity. Opposite of TOP.
2. The one who is penetrated during anal sex, especially between

Restricting airflow, by strangulation, suffocation, or other means for sexual

(noun) -
A booth in an adult video store that allows viewing and/or interaction
with the person in an adjacent booth.
Buddy booths are video booths where a glass partition
with dual curtains (or some other apparatus that blocks your view of the other
booth) separates the two booths. There is a button on both sides that first
raises and then lowers your (but not the other booth's) curtain.
